About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Officer â Campaign Development to support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Manager â Campaign Development, the role contributes to enhancing the organization's brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and multi-channel communications.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and delivery of marketing and communications campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams, business units, and external partners to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and optimization.
• Assist with on-ground campaign activities, including filming and other delivery requirements.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives, supporting alignment and timely delivery.

• Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Management, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• 3â5 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within a large, service-oriented organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Creative, innovative, and able to translate requirements into actionable campaign plans.
• Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of emerging marketing and communication trends is an advantage.
