The Team




The PVH Southeast Hub is one of the most dynamic Hub organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. While covering a massive area counting 45+ countries, our hub is extremely diverse (25+ nationalities) and has strong potential. We are ambitious and committed to unlocking our full potential and to optimize the positioning of PVH in our markets.

The Position




The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across the MEA & CIS regions. The role partners closely with Finance and Commercial teams to lead financial reporting, forecasting, and planning activities across a complex, multi-market environment.




  • Lead financial reporting, forecasting and planning activities across  MEA & CIS markets, with combined revenues exceeding $200M.



  • Drive continuous improvement in sales forecast accuracy by optimizing order book management and aligning shipment phasing with commercial forecasts across the region.



  • Partner with Commercial teams to design and implement new forecasting and planning strategies, ensuring alignment between financial targets and business execution.



  • Ensure high standards of reporting accuracy and data integrity through SAP HANA, SAP BW, and SAP BPC.



  • Develop and implement automation tools to streamline reporting processes, significantly reducing manual effort and turnaround time.



  • Prepare and deliver business reviews providing detailed variance analysis, scenario modelling and actionable insights to support senior management decision-making.



  • Act as a key finance business partner, translating complex financial data into clear insights to support strategic and operational decisions.

Requirements



  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.



  • Experience in multinational organizations.



  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.



  • Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting within a regional or multi-country environment.



  • Proven experience working with SAP HANA, BW, BPC, SAC and advanced Excel.



  • Solid understanding of sales forecasting, order book management, and supply/shipment planning.



  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to perform variance analysis and scenario modelling.



  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Commercial and cross-functional teams.



  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights to senior leadership.
