Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement annual sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline to increase market share.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with key accounts, negotiate contracts and pricing, and address high-level client concerns.
  • Operations Alignment: Collaborate with operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and create promotional materials.
  • Reporting: Create performance dashboards, track KPIs, and provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record in senior sales management within logistics (10 Plus years of experience), freight forwarding, or supply chain.
  • European Candidates Only
  • Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain, and market trends.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and, ideally, tools to create sales trackers.
