Responsibilities Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement engaging user experiences Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance product offerings Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and adjust based on feedback Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field 3+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and processes Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar Ability to conduct user research and usability testing Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members Problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail and aesthetics
