A Storekeeper is responsible for managing all inventory operations, including receiving, inspecting, organizing, and dispatching goods to ensure smooth supply chain operations. They maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular audits to prevent shortages or overstocking, and ensure the storage area is clean, safe, and efficiently organized. Key duties include monitoring stock levels, labeling items, and implementing proper stock rotation (FIFO). 

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Inventory Management: Receiving, unloading, and shelving incoming supplies, as well as tracking inventory levels to initiate purchase requisitions when stock is low.
• Stock Organization: Organizing and storing materials in an accessible manner while maintaining a clean, safe, and secure storage environment.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all received, issued, and returned items, and generating reports for management.
• Inspections: Inspecting deliveries for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues, and reporting findings.
• Operations: Utilizing inventory management software to track stock, packing, labeling, and pricing goods for distribution.
