• Entrepreneurial Ownership: Comfortable with ambiguity; you move fast to capture market opportunities without needing a pre-defined structure.
• Data-Informed: Ability to work closely with data science to measure impact and make decisive moves even with imperfect data.

Location and Environment
Hammersmith, London. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week in our London office.
