Context
The Senior FP&A Lead acts as the finance business partner for the DB&I Business Unit, with end-to-end responsibility for financial planning, performance management, cash oversight, and decision support across all clusters, supporting leadership in driving profitability, cash generation, and strategic execution
Missions/Main Duties
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and mid-term financial planning across all clusters
- Develop and maintain integrated financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to support planning, scenario analysis, and strategic decisions
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting for the Business Unit, delivering clear variance analysis and forward-looking insights
- Define, monitor, and challenge financial and operational KPIs at BU and cluster level
- Identify and drive margin, cost, and productivity improvement initiatives with business leaders
- Lead and animate cash committees; drive working capital optimization (DSO, WIP, unbilled revenue, payables) and cash risk mitigation
- Act as a trusted finance advisor to BU, cluster, and project leadership
- Provide financial analysis and challenge for bids, tenders, project reviews, and investment decisions
- Partner closely with PMOs and Project Managers to improve project financial performance and predictability
- Collaborate with Group Finance, Regional Finance, and IT to enhance ERP usage, reporting automation, and BI tools
- Ensure timely, accurate financial information in compliance with IFRS and local regulations
- Support tax planning, transfer pricing documentation, and compliance in coordination with Group Tax
- Act as the FP&A reference point for clusters, providing functional guidance and contributing to capability building within finance
Profile/Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior FP&A roles in complex, multi-entity or project-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial planning, and performance management
- Solid understanding of tax fundamentals and transfer pricing in international contexts
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
- ERP experience (IFS or equivalent) and strong systems mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to challenge constructively at senior level
- High integrity, analytical rigor, and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, matrix organizations
