Job Brief:We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer – Plant Operations to execute commissioning, operation, and maintenance activities for water and wastewater treatment systems. The role focuses on project execution, system monitoring, preventive maintenance, and ensuring optimal plant performance across industrial and commercial sites.
Job Responsibilities:- Commission, operate, and maintain water and wastewater treatment plants.
- Execute installation activities as per P&ID, piping layouts, and drawings.
- Coordinate BOQ requirements with engineering teams.
- Raise RFIs and coordinate approvals with consultants.
- Manage O&M activities for STP, TSE, and polishing systems.
- Conduct water analysis and performance monitoring.
- Supervise flushing and cleaning operations.
- Monitor corrosion coupons and biological control programs.
- Identify additional service and maintenance requirements.
- Interface dosing controllers with BMS/SCADA systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers for equipment troubleshooting.
- Prepare method statements, checklists, and task risk assessments.
- Generate monthly O&M, AMC, and consumption reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Liaise with sales teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental / Electrical).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in water treatment plant operations.
- Experience in project execution and O&M services.
- Knowledge of cooling water, boiler water, and industrial treatment systems.
- Familiarity with SCADA/BMS systems.
- Valid GCC driving license preferred.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client sites.
