About Customer Solutions Growth Regions Division



This team, alongside dealers, engages closely with customers to create, customize and adapt solutions to meet their needs by leveraging the extensive range of offerings available today across products and services, digital and technology, rental and used, and financing.




The division is regionally focused on Africa, the Middle East, Eurasia, Asia (excluding Japan), and Latin America (LATAM) and organized into three functional areas: Customer Facing, Customer Solutions and Business Enablers.




This role is part of the Customer Solutions team focused on designing and delivering solutions in the areas of product, services and technology. The role will:



  • Support Field Teams, Dealers & Customer with deep Product and Services expertise.
  • Focus Product, Services & Technology development on solving customer problems at the segment and site level.
  • Drive proactive Technology Adoption and Product & Services health management leveraging data insights from connected field population.

What you will do:



  • Serving in a consultative role as in-house expert on specific product, service, solution and technologies to company officers, development, marketing, and corporate strategy.
  • Working on the most complex technical projects or business issues requiring expert level technical or industry knowledge; integrating customer and emerging business needs into company platforms.
  • Internally and externally serving as a business contributor; maintaining affiliations and relationships with internal and external business partners, experts, professional organizations, and customers.
  • Conducting analysis of organizational needs and goals; leading research efforts involving new products, services, solutions, processes and technologies to continually enhance the business portfolios.

Skill you should have

  • Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
  • Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
  • Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.

Basic Requirements:



  • Completed engineering or business degree or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
  • Specialization in mechanical engineering/industrial engineering/electrical engineering or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of successful experience in international sales and/or project management in industrial environments
  • Extensive knowledge of the regions construction market and other major industries in the region with be considered a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • High level of initiative, open-mindedness, and intercultural competence to create a team atmosphere.
  • Professional and confident appearance and the ability to represent the company in front of a C suite of major customers in the region.
  • Above-average commitment and willingness to travel (at least 50% of the time)
