General Manager, Marketing and Recruitment 

About the role:

Navitas is seeking to appoint a General Manager, Marketing & Recruitment – Middle East & Africa, Pakistan & CIS, a senior regional executive role based in Dubai with responsibility for one of the organization’s most strategically important and high-growth portfolios.

This is a true regional General Manager opportunity for a commercially astute, influential leader who can operate at both enterprise and market levels in a complex, multi-country, matrixed environment. The General Manager will set and deliver the integrated Regional Sales and Marketing Strategy, shape regional resourcing and capability, and hold end-to-end operational and compliance accountability for Navitas’ source country footprint across MEA, Pakistan, and CIS.

As Navitas’ most senior representative in the region, you will play a pivotal role in elevating performance, deepening strategic partnerships with high-volume global agents and university partners, and embedding a cohesive ‘One Navitas’ operating model across divisions, channels, and markets. You will lead with clarity, pace, and influence — balancing strategic direction with disciplined execution.

Scope of the Role

Define and execute the Regional Sales and Marketing Strategy to drive sustainable, profitable enrolment growth and market share.

• Own and shape the Regional Resourcing Strategy, ensuring optimal workforce design, capability, and deployment across markets.


• Provide executive leadership to the Channel Partner Management function and oversee the regional global account portfolio.


• Assume ultimate operational and compliance accountability for all source country offices in the region.


• Partner closely with the Director of Sales Operations to embed consistent, data-led, high-performance ways of working.


• Personally own relationships with key global accounts and act as the senior escalation point for strategic partnerships.


• Represent Navitas at senior industry forums and with key external stakeholders across the region.


• Champion a unified ‘One Navitas’ culture, breaking down silos and driving cross-divisional alignment and collaboration.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Demonstrated experience as a Regional or Global General Manager / Executive Sales Leader, preferably within tertiary education, international education, or a closely aligned sector.


• Deep market knowledge and established senior networks across South Asia, MEA, and/or CIS.


• A proven track record of delivering sustained growth through strategic account leadership and partnership management.


• Extensive experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations with multiple service lines and stakeholders.


• Strong commercial acumen, including oversight of multi-country operations, governance, and compliance frameworks.


• A data-driven, outcomes-focused leadership style, balanced with high emotional intelligence and stakeholder influence.


• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, geographically dispersed teams and build high-performing cultures.
