  • Actively sell company properties, including plots, villas, and buildings (commercial & residential) ∙Identify and pursue potential leads, establish client relationships, and conduct property viewings
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets ∙
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively ∙
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors' activities Job Requirements: ∙
  • Must have Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience ∙
  • Must have a valid UAE driving license ∙
  • Fluency in the Arabic language (both verbal and written) ∙
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results ∙


Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications or Skills: ∙Strong networking and relationship-building skills ∙.
  • Proficiency in using real estate databases and online listing platforms
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques in the real estate industry

  • Familiarity with financial calculations related to real estate transactions ∙
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work with diverse clients and colleagues
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions in the UAE ∙
  • Familiarity with CRM software ∙Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Knowledge of Sharjah ,Ajman and Umm AlQuian , real estate market and regulations Selling Points & Attractive Aspects: ∙
