Job description:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telecaller to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and convert inquiries into qualified leads.
  • Book meetings and appointments for the sales team with high-intent prospects.
  • Understand customer requirements, answer queries clearly, and provide suitable solutions.
  • Consistently follow up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities during conversations.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Handle a high volume of outbound calls while meeting daily and monthly targets.
  • Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-ups.
  • Make reminder and confirmation calls for scheduled appointments.

Requirements & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales (Real Estate)
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Strong customer-handling and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in the UAE market or call center environment is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English with clear pronunciation and proper grammar.
  • Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated attitude.
