Job Purpose The Accounts and Insurance Executive – Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, and insurance-related processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely coordination with internal and external stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance




  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

  • Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions and maintain proper documentation.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit queries.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including VAT filings and reconciliations.

  • Insurance Management

  • Manage all insurance policies including medical, motor, property, and other corporate insurance coverage.

  • Coordinate with insurance providers and brokers for policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processing.

  • Maintain accurate insurance records and ensure timely renewals to avoid coverage gaps.

  • Handle insurance claims, follow up with insurers, and ensure timely settlement.


Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably within the UAE.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and VAT regulations.

  • Hands-on experience in managing corporate insurance policies and claims is mandatory.


Preferred Attributes




  • Experience in real estate, construction, or corporate environments is an advantage.

  • Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
