Key Responsibilities include:


  • Partner with executives to create and facilitate search strategies for leadership roles


  • Host executive candidates throughout the interview process ensuring they have an exceptional candidate experience


  • Present market research to the business


  • Manage all components of the pipeline and maintain data integrity, and proactively share updates with internal stakeholders


  • Create innovative new candidate identification methods, engagement strategies and channels for executive recruiting


  • Provide strategic guidance and support to deliver on executive talent needs.


  • Conduct consultative intake calls, provide weekly status reports, assess risks/challenges, and drive solution-oriented results


  • Directly source your own talent while leveraging research for some positions


  • Leverage external market data, vendors, sourcing channels and the latest technology available to quickly build and maintain external talent pipelines.


  • Manage the interview process (ensure qualified candidates are thoroughly vetted before presenting, ensure quick turn around on requests to schedule interviews, debrief with interview panelists, and provide timely feedback to candidates).


  • Launch required assessments for candidates and conduct PAPI interviews where required


  • Coach Senior Hiring Managers in best practice recruitment skills through one-to-one sessions as well as varying degrees of support required throughout entire process, including supporting actively at decision making point, and any compensation negotiations.


  • Working to Diversity & Inclusion goals and strategies, with the ability to translate these into tangible results at executive level


Critical Skills & Experience:


  • Experienced in all aspects of executive search including market research, creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation, client management and offer/negotiation


  • Effectively influence stakeholders and drive impact in a fast-paced environment


  • Problem solving experience


  • Ability to make data driven decisions using recruitment metrics to drive performance


  • Ability to juggle multiple projects & changing priorities


  • Experience creating and executing sourcing strategies across a variety of disciplines


  • Effective communication and organizational skills


  • Demonstratable experience of working with senior executives and their teams


  • Ability to partner with and influence multiple key stakeholders


  • Knowledge of recruitment at Executive level across all APM markets


  • Experience delivering against diversity and internal hiring goals


  • Demonstrable evidence of delivering market mapping and talent pipelining for Executive roles


  • Proven track record of using behavioural interviewing and assessments.


  • Exceptional relationship building skills
