Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Identify and attract suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and shortlisting
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain communication with candidates
  • Support offer preparation, documentation, and onboarding processes
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
  • Monitor recruitment timelines and meet hiring targets
  • Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience preferred
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
