Conduct high-level negotiations to secure cost savings and strong commercial terms. Analyze sales, stock, and margin performance to prevent stock-outs and overstock. Manage seasonal buying and promotional campaigns with clear profitability tracking. Evaluate suppliers using structured KPIs (price, quality, compliance, trade support). Ensure timely supply chain coordination and seasonal readiness. Lead and develop the procurement team to achieve revenue and margin targets. Ideal Candidate5+ years of Food procurement experience (FMCG – Food). Experience within hypermarket or large retail chains. Proven success in cost optimization and margin improvement. Strong analytical skills (Sales, Stock, Margin, Forecasting). ERP procurement system experience. Strong negotiation and leadership capabilities.
