HIRING: SITE SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN – FIT-OUT & RENOVATION
Position: Site Supervisor / Foreman – Fit-Out, Renovation & Small Construction
Experience: 5+ Years
Computer Skills: Basic to Intermediate
Role Summary:
Experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman required to manage site execution, manpower, and subcontractors for interior fit-out and renovation projects, ensuring work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily interior fit-out and renovation works (civil, gypsum, carpentry, flooring, painting, MEP coordination)
• Control manpower and subcontractors and monitor daily progress and quality
• Coordinate with Project/Site Engineer for planning and execution
• Read and execute work as per shop drawings
• Ensure site safety, quality, and proper housekeeping
• Maintain basic site reports and manpower records
Skills
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years experience as a Site Supervisor / Foreman
• Strong knowledge of interior works and basic MEP coordination
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure
