L.C is seeking a talented Civil Engineer (G+12) to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in the planning and execution of various construction projects, specifically high-rise buildings in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
This position requires comprehensive expertise in structural design and project management to ensure quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the design and implementation of G+12 construction projects, ensuring adherence to approved plans and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce compliance with safety and building standards.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project efficiency and resolve design or construction issues.
Prepare detailed engineering reports, progress updates, and documentation for submittal to relevant authorities.
Optimize engineering processes to improve productivity and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical support to project teams as needed.

Valid G+12 classification provided by Dubai Municipality and UAE Society card.
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on high-rise buildings in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and legal regulations.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with engineering software, such as AutoCAD and Revit.
