We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior IT Specialist to lead and support our IT infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hardware, systems administration, network support, security systems, and advanced troubleshooting.
This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to maintaining and improving IT operations.
Key Responsibilities Lead installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex hardware and software issues Manage and maintain CCTV systems, IP cameras, biometric/punch-in systems, and access control systems Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, drivers, and enterprise software Provide advanced technical support to end-users and ensure minimal downtime Administer user accounts, permissions, and security policies (including authorized password resets) Monitor system performance and implement improvements for reliability and efficiency Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software procurement and support Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and backup systems Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices - Competitive salary - Visa company support - Comprehensive medical insurance - Friendly international team - Comfortable office and workplace 5+ years of experience in IT technical support or system administration Strong expertise in Windows operating systems and Microsoft environments Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and peripherals Proven experience with CCTV systems, IP cameras, and biometric/access control systems Experience with basic networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and leadership skills
