Mainly across TikTok, YouTube, Kick, X, Instagram, and Telegram/Discord.
The Role We’re hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager to own end-to-end creator partnerships: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, contracting, campaign execution, tracking, and optimisation.
You’ll build a repeatable influencer engine that drives deposits, sign-ups, and brand momentum—while protecting Blitzed’s reputation and compliance standards.
What You’ll Do Build and execute the influencer strategy across tiers (nano → mega) and platforms (TikTok/IG/YouTube/Kick/X).
Source and qualify creators using clear criteria (audience fit, geo mix, engagement authenticity, risk profile).
Own outreach, pitching, negotiation, and deal structures (CPA, rev share, hybrid, flat fee, performance bonuses).
Create briefs, messaging, and content guidance that converts while staying compliant (no misleading claims, responsible gambling).
Manage campaign ops: timelines, deliverables, approvals, tracking links/codes, reporting.
Coordinate with Creative, Social, Community, Paid, and Affiliate teams to amplify and repurpose influencer content (UGC pipeline).
Track and report performance: CAC/CPA, sign-ups, first deposits, deposit volume, retention signals, ROAS, and content KPIs.
Maintain influencer CRM and documentation (pricing benchmarks, learnings, creative angles, whitelisting permissions).
Run A/B tests on hooks, offers, landing flows, and creator formats; turn results into playbooks.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly creator spend plans.
Identify and manage risk: fake followers, problematic content, brand safety issues, compliance concerns.

Proven experience negotiating deals and running measurable campaigns (CPA/ROAS driven).
Strong understanding of YouTube/Kick creator ecosystems and how content converts.
Hands-on with tracking/analytics: UTM links, codes, dashboards, attribution basics.
Excellent communication and relationship management; comfortable with high-volume outreach.
Highly organised: able to manage multiple creators, deadlines, and approvals at once.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments.
Experience in iGaming, crypto, fintech, sports, or other regulated/grey categories.
Experience with affiliate programs and hybrid influencer/affiliate structures.
Creator whitelisting / Spark Ads / paid amplification experience.
Familiarity with KOL/influencer tools (CreatorIQ, Modash, Upfluence, HypeAuditor, etc.
). Strong network of creators in Tier 1 + key growth geos.
Tools You’ll Use Google Sheets/Excel, Notion/Slack, link tracking tools (UTM/Bitly), influencer discovery tools, basic creative review workflows.
