This is a full-time, office-based position. The work is computer-based and involves handling daily tasks, updating internal systems, preparing reports, and supporting general office operations.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is comfortable using a computer most of the day

• Can use email and basic spreadsheets confidently

• Communicates clearly in English (written and spoken)

• Is organized and pays attention to details

• Is reliable and responsible

• Is willing to learn new systems

Previous office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required if you are confident with computers and fast to understand new tasks.


Skills

• Strong computer skills and confidence working with different software programs

• Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changes

• Good understanding of basic spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)

• Clear and professional written and spoken English

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized

• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

• Problem-solving mindset – able to think independently when needed

• Professional communication skills (email and internal messaging)

• Positive attitude and willingness to improve every day
