Role Overview
We are looking for a well-presented and organized Secretary to support the Senior Manager of a newly formed oil trading company based in JAFZA.
This role will handle day-to-day administrative coordination and provide basic HR and office support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendar, meetings, and correspondence for the Senior Manager
- Prepare letters, reports, and internal documentation
- Handle office coordination and general administrative tasks
- Support basic HR activities (leave records, documentation, employee files)
- Assist with simple accounting coordination (invoice tracking, petty cash follow-ups)
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal team members

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles
- Experience handling HR and admin tasks is preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting processes is desirable
