We are hiring School Administrative Officer for a reputed school in the UAE.
Candidates with school administration experience and good communication skills are preferred.
The School Administrative Officer supports daily school operations by managing administrative tasks, student records, parent communication, and coordination with staff to ensure smooth functioning of the school office.
Key Responsibilities
Handle front-office operations and parent inquiries
Maintain student records, files, and databases
Assist with admissions, registrations, and withdrawals
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and school calendars
Prepare letters, circulars, reports, and notices
Support HR with staff records and attendance
Coordinate with KHDA / ADEK documentation (as required)
Manage office supplies and administrative inventory
Ensure confidentiality of student and staff information
