About the Role We are seeking a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer with at least 6 years of experience, preferably within a creative or advertising agency environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong conceptual thinking and hands-on execution skills across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with marketing and content teams to create visually compelling designs aligned with brand strategy and campaign objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative design concepts across digital, print, and social media platforms Design engaging creatives for websites, social media, digital ads, email campaigns, and branding materials Collaborate with internal teams to translate briefs into impactful visual solutions Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials Lead and mentor junior designers, offering constructive feedback Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices Requirements Minimum 6 years of graphic design experience At least 3 years of agency experience preferred Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse creative work
