Assist in researching and identifying top-tier suppliers and manufacturers, gradually building technical knowledge and professional networks. Collaborate with the technical team to enhance and innovate product development, with the objective of growing into a key technical advisor within three years.
Job Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience is ideal; however, strong potential and a demonstrated willingness to learn and grow are highly valued. A genuine passion for chemistry, with eagerness to explore technical details and continuously expand product knowledge. Strong research skills and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to continuous professional growth. English proficiency is essential, as the role requires frequent communication with international teams, senior management, and key external partners. Enthusiastic about chemistry and dedicated to deepening technical expertise over time. Open to training and gradually taking on increased responsibilities as they grow within the company.
