Key Responsibilities
- Support Registered Nurses in delivering patient care at home.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, hygiene, and mobility.
- Monitor patient comfort and report concerns to the supervising nurse.
- Help maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
- Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
- Maintain basic patient documentation as required.
- Provide friendly, supportive communication with patients and families.
Requirements
- Nursing Diploma or ANM/GNM qualification.
- Basic healthcare or nursing experience preferred.
- Good communication skills and patient-handling ability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
