We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field service operations, team leadership, and customer support within the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate field service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site with clients.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower & resources for service tasks.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and provide technical support.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Train and mentor technicians to improve service quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in field service supervision (preferably in the manufacturing industry).
- Strong knowledge of maintenance, troubleshooting, and field operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
- Must be willing to travel as per project requirements.
