We are looking for a CRM Manager to lead our client’s CRM efforts for the UK market. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing customer lifecycle strategies to drive engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value. You should have a deep understanding of English customer behavior, i Gaming/online entertainment experience, and CRM best practices.
Responsibilities:Develop and manage localized CRM strategies for the UK market (Email, SMS, push notifications, onsite messaging, etc.) Own the customer journey and optimize communications across all stages: onboarding, engagement, churn prevention, and reactivation Plan, execute, and analyze CRM campaigns with a focus on personalization, segmentation, and ROICollaborate with product, content, design, and data teams to deliver relevant and engaging campaigns Monitor KPIs such as retention rate, conversion, CLV, and churn — and proactively act on insights Ensure all campaigns are compliant with local regulations and responsible gaming practices Act as the main point of contact for all CRM-related initiatives in UK.
Requirements:3+ years of experience in CRM, preferably in i Gaming, fintech, or digital entertainment Fluent English (written and spoken) Strong understanding of the UK market and user behavior Hands-on experience with CRM tools and platforms (Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, etc.) Data-driven mindset with experience in segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
