The person will be the first point of contact for customers exploring insurance options. The responsibility is to guide them with clarity, understand their needs, and help them purchase the right product and policy.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in tele sales or call center environment (Insurance preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic. Additional languages a bonus
• Good product knowledge of General Insurance is preferred
• Target-driven with a positive attitude and customer-first mindset
