We are seeking a driven, professional, and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our growing international property advisory team in Dubai. You will advise globally mobile clients seeking portfolio diversification, lifestyle assets, and strategic property investments in Thailand.


This role is for individuals who are serious about sales. We are looking for closers. Compensation will be base salary plus commission.


You will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients, and closing cross-border real estate transactions with professionalism and integrity. The ideal candidate understands that success in real estate is built on consistency and strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach

• Conduct client consultations to understand investment goals and financial capacity

• Present and explain property investment opportunities clearly and confidently

• Follow up consistently and move prospects through the sales pipeline

• Handle objections professionally and guide clients toward informed decisions

• Close transactions and coordinate documentation and payments

• Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct

• Represent the company at property events, seminars, and private meetings

Skills

  • Proven sales experience (real estate preferred, but strong performers from other industries considered)
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet targets
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • High personal drive and resilience
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Self-motivated and disciplined — able to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
  • Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, or Hindi are an advantage)
