US Recruitment Manager: MEA, Pakistan, and Global Sponsors
Location: Hybrid, Dubai-UAE
Salary: From 17,000 AED annual, depending on experience

Contract type : Permanent, Full-time
we are looking for a commercially focused US Recruitment Manager to drive sponsored and self-funded enrolments from the Middle East, Africa and Pakistan.
This is a high impact role within our Global Recruitment Unit, supporting US enrolment growth across Academic English, Pathway and Direct Entry programmes. Working closely with our Recruitment Director, regional teams, US centres and government sponsors, you will manage key relationships, strengthen agent pipelines and ensure accurate reporting and conversion from application through to enrolment.
You will bring strong knowledge of the government sponsored student market, experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and a clear understanding of the US higher education landscape. A commercial mindset, cultural awareness and the ability to operate confidently across embassies, cultural missions and partner institutions are essential. Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
Based in Dubai with some international travel, this role offers the opportunity to influence regional strategy, grow sponsor partnerships and play a key part in delivering INTO’s US growth ambitions.
