Oracle Health’s Revenue Cycle team partners with healthcare organizations to strengthen operational efficiency and financial performance within a collaborative, client-focused environment.


As a Senior Consultant, you will lead and support client engagements in designing and delivering Oracle Health solutions. The role involves guiding workflow design, identifying interdependencies and downstream impacts, and ensuring solution decisions are aligned with operational and clinical requirements. You will also serve as a key point of contact for client relations, fostering strong stakeholder partnerships and ensuring operational alignment between client processes and system capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities


  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to assess and optimize workflows, addressing both operational and clinical touch points. 
  • Lead discovery sessions, workflow design discussions, and solution validation activities, while facilitating stakeholder meetings and engagements. 
  • Provide strategic solution oversight and subject matter expertise to both client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Develop and recommend client-specific system configurations and design approaches aligned with defined workflow and business requirements.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage solution-related risks and issues, supporting timely troubleshooting and resolution to maintain project momentum.
  • Drive workflow and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and overall client outcomes.
  • Travel up to 25% to client sites. 

Qualifications 


  • 10+ years of combined higher education and relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) consulting, solution delivery, support, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong operational exposure to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) within a healthcare environment (directly or indirectly).
  • In-depth understanding of UAE healthcare regulations, payer rules, and operational processes across different Emirates.
  • Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
  • Preferred Arabic language skills 
  • Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours when required, in compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Strong commitment to corporate security, data privacy, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to take ownership of additional responsibilities as required in a dynamic healthcare environment.
