Handle hotel bookings, travel packages, and ticketing
Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and clients
Ensure compliance with airline rules and fare policies
Provide professional customer support
Maintain accurate booking records

Qualifications
Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
Experience in Customer Service and handling reservations efficiently
Experience with GDS systems and B2B travel platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with global travel regulations and visa processes is a plus
Background or certification in Travel & Tourism is an advantage
Experience using booking software and CRM systems is preferred
Fluent in English and Arabic
