Job Purpose

The Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for company personnel, clients, and packages. The role ensures timely travel to designated destinations while maintaining the vehicle in optimal condition and complying with company policies, road safety regulations, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport company personnel, clients, and/or packages to and from designated destinations.
• Ensure timely arrival at all destinations in accordance with schedules and instructions provided.
• Plan travel routes in advance, considering potential traffic, road construction, and weather conditions to ensure efficient transportation.
• Utilize navigation applications and route planning tools to determine the most efficient travel routes.
• Assist passengers with entry, exit, and luggage where required.
• Address client inquiries or concerns promptly and report any issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Arrange for routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs as required in coordination with the administration team.
• Keep detailed trip logs, including information on destinations, clients transported, dates, and timings.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures for vehicle usage and reporting.

Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate environment within the UAE.
• Clean driving record with good knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and major locations.
