Driven Properties is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee the operational, financial, and regulatory performance of a portfolio within our Property Management team.
The role requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of UAE property management regulations, and the ability to maintain high service standards while managing client relationships and site teams.
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned property portfolio  Oversee budgeting, service charge control, and financial performance  Ensure compliance with RERA, Mollaq, and UAE regulations  Supervise Property/Community Managers and site teams  Manage client relationships and handle escalations  Monitor vendor performance and service delivery  Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the organization Dynamic and collaborative work environment Contribution to managing and optimizing Dubai's dynamic real estate market Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)  Minimum of 7 years of experience in owners association management  Certification in property management or owners association management (e.
g., CMCA, M100, PCAM)  Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners' associations  Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities  Proficiency in financial management and reporting  Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship  Technologically sawy with experience in property management software
