We are seeking a Banking Relationship Manager to support bank account onboarding, compliance processes, and daily operational interaction with financial institutions. This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of relevant experience who understands how banks operate and is familiar with onboarding, compliance documentation, and payment processes.
Key Responsibilities Preparation of bank forms Preparation of KYC and due diligence documents Answering all compliance questions during onboarding and further on and effectively communicate with relevant departments (legal and finance teams) to collect all information in regards to compliance questions/requests Work closely with payment team to keep up smooth operational activity of the accounts and to respond promptly to all requests regarding transactions supporting documentation Updating banks with regards to any changes in company Maintaining of accounts and records about all opened/onboarding/closed accounts
Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Experience in banking, EMIs, i Gaming, Forex, or similar high-risk sectors preferred Understanding of banking compliance and onboarding processes Strong organizational and communication skills English is mandatory; Russian or Arabic is an advantage Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and growing company On-site presence in Dubai required
Compensation:Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Payment structure: fixed salary plus annual bonus Other benefits in accordance with local legislation
