Qualifications:


  • Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Tele calling experience
  • Preferably from Real estate experience
  • Efficiency in MS office
  • Drive for Result
  • Good Overall Conduct and Discipline
  • Preferred Languages - Chinese, Russian, German, French, Farsi, Turkish, Italian 

Roles & Responsibility:


  • Keep up with  Product Knowledge & promotions
  • Should follow proper calling script for calls
  • Adhere to the Dialer KPI ( Login Hours 9 hours & Available to take calls 7 hours)
  • Have a Customer centric approach
  • Good Follow-up & Lead management
  • Keep a track of daily/Weekly & monthly Targets
  • Follow company policies
  • Maintain discipline in terms of Attendance & dress code
