In this role, you will partner with leaders and teams to shape a positive employee experience, drive HR initiatives, and support talent development across the organization. You will play a key role in employee engagement, workforce planning, HR reporting, and continuous improvement of HR processes — ensuring teams across Dubai Media feel supported, aligned, and empowered to succeed.
What you’ll do:
Build strong partnerships with business leaders and provide HR guidance on people-related matters.
Support the implementation of HR programs including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Advise on employee relations matters and help resolve workplace concerns effectively and professionally.
Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support decision-making and workforce planning.
Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies, processes, and employee experience initiatives.
Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, collaboration, and organizational culture.

Qualifications:
Must be a UAE National
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. (Unrelated degrees are welcome if you have the right skillset or work experience)
Minimum 6 years of experience, preferably in an HR Business Partnering or generalist role.
Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Office.
