Whizz HR is hiring a Production Supervisor – Printing Industry in Dubai
Location: Dubai, UAEIndustry: Printing & Packaging Experience: 5+ Years
Job Responsibilities Supervise daily printing production activities and workflows Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met Manage machine operators and production staff on the shop floor Coordinate with planning, quality, and maintenance teams Monitor machine performance, material usage, and wastage Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime Maintain production reports and shift records
Requirements5+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the printing industry Strong knowledge of offset, digital, or packaging printing operations Hands-on experience managing teams and production schedules Good leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work in shifts if required UAE experience is an advantage
