Our platform enables brokers to access high-quality off-plan property inventory from top developers in Dubai and close transactions more efficiently.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our network of real estate brokerage partners and onboard agents to our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with real estate brokerage companies and property agents in Dubai
- Promote and introduce the company’s platform to brokers and agents
- Onboard brokerage companies and agents to use the platform for selling developer off-plan properties
- Maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms and expand cooperation
- Organize meetings, presentations, and training sessions for partner brokers
- Collect feedback from agents and brokerage partners to improve platform services
- Achieve partnership growth and transaction targets
Skills
Requirements
- 6–12 months or above experience in Dubai real estate industry preferred
- Experience in real estate brokerage, property sales, developer sales, or PropTech platforms
- Existing network of real estate agents or brokerage companies in Dubai is highly preferred
- Candidates from large brokerage firms (100+ agents) are strongly preferred
- Alternatively, candidates with developer sales experience (3–6 months or above) are also welcome
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
