QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 10 years of experience in project/program management or consulting within procurement, supply chain, or transformation domains.
- Proven experience in procurement transformation, process optimization, category management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end procurement technology implementation (e.g., Oracle Procurement Cloud, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of spend analytics, contract management, sourcing governance, and supplier performance frameworks.
- Ability to translate organizational strategic objectives into actionable procurement transformation programs.
- Experience managing budgets, driving cost efficiencies, and ensuring financial accountability across large-scale programs.
- Proven record of delivering benefits in cost, efficiency, quality, and risk mitigation through procurement transformation.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP or similar platforms is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Advanced qualifications such as MBA, MCIPS, CPSM, PMP, or PgMP preferred.
- Professional certifications in Procurement or Project Management are advantageous.
