Your main responsibilities will include evaluating patients, developing tailored rehabilitation plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for each individual.
Responsibilities: Conduct detailed assessments of patients to identify their rehabilitation needs and establish personalized treatment goals.
Design and implement effective rehabilitation plans utilizing various therapeutic interventions and modalities.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary for optimal recovery outcomes.
Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care and support.
Educate patients and their families about treatment options, recovery trajectories, and self-management techniques.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in physical rehabilitation and best practices.
Participate in research initiatives or quality improvement projects to contribute to the growth of rehabilitation services.
Ensure that accurate medical records and documentation are maintained in accordance with regulatory standards.

Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is required.
Active medical license for practice in the applicable state.
A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
Comprehensive understanding of physical disabilities and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
