Gulf Care Trading LLC is hiring a Field Sales Executive to support the UAE launch of PESITRO Oral Care. This is a field role focused on dental clinics and independent/single pharmacies (pharmacy chains and key accounts will be handled by the Sales Manager).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to dental clinics and independent pharmacies in your assigned territory
- Introduce PESITRO products, run trials/sampling, and convert to first orders and repeat orders
- Open new accounts and expand SKU penetration in active accounts
- Maintain strong relationships with dentists, clinic managers, pharmacists, and procurement
- Track competitor activity and market feedback and report weekly
- Maintain strict follow-up discipline and same-day reporting (Excel/CRM)
Skills
- Minimum 1 year UAE field sales experience in Pharma OR Dental (mandatory)
- Strong route planning.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable with reporting using Excel / CRM
- English required (Arabic is a plus)
