We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist management with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will help maintain office efficiency by handling documentation, communication, and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general administrative and clerical duties

Manage and organize office files, documents, and records

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

Schedule meetings and maintain calendars

Prepare reports, letters, and presentations when requireds

Requirements

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)

Good organizational and multitasking skills

Qualifications

Previous administrative experience is an advantage but not required
