Supervise and monitor all site works related to interior fit-out and joinery installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.

Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements prior to execution.

Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and workmanship standards are maintained.

Resolve any technical issues or site-related problems in coordination with the project team.

Track project progress and report daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager.

Ensure that works are carried out in accordance with safety standards and company HSE policies.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities for inspections and approvals.

Manage and control site materials and inventory to avoid wastage or delay.

Ensure timely execution of work as per project schedule and milestones.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or related field.

3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out and joinery site execution (UAE experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery details, and construction practices.

Familiar with reading and interpreting architectural, MEP, and structural drawings.

Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Strong reporting and documentation abilities.

Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project scheduling tools is an advantage.

Understanding of HSE procedures and site safety regulations.
