Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Formwork Foreman to oversee the construction and installation of formwork systems on various projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring the proper assembly and dismantling of formwork, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Job Responsibility:
- Lead a team of formwork carpenters and laborers in the construction and installation of formwork systems.
- Ensure the proper assembly, placement, and dismantling of formwork according to project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the safety and quality of the formwork installation.
- Train and mentor junior staff on proper formwork techniques and safety procedures.
- Maintain inventory of formwork materials and equipment, and coordinate with procurement for any necessary supplies.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formwork Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of different types of formwork systems and construction techniques.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Certification in formwork carpentry or a related field is a plus.
