Implement the Concept of Advanced Work Packing with 4D/ 5D Planning visualization to improve the Project Predictability, Productivity and Reduce total cost through Business Integration. Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Delivery, Fabrication, Quality, Construction, Quantity Surveying and Commissioning/ Completions.
- Support the delivery of overall Project Management Vision and development plans for all systems.
- Manage the process of change management with respect to specific work packages
- Establishes the limits of CWA and CWP for the project and liaise with Construction team define the scoping of IWP
- Deliver clear plans and goal setting in managing activities of AWP.
- Manage and coordinate development and maintenance of detailed work processes for the applications interfacing Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Delivery, Fabrication, Construction and Commissioning.
- Training of Engineering, Procurement, and other related contacts on AWP with respect to EWP, CWP and IWP preparation
- Material feasibility projection for the fabrication and Construction forecasting
- Identification of requirements with Planning/ Engineering/ Procurement and Construction/ Completions on what needs to be done differently.
- Identification of data requirements, from Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication and Completions. Establishment of data requirements with Vendors.
- Be the focal point for problem solving and troubleshooting. Provide guidance and assistance to stake holders.
- Ensure consistency of applications across Projects in different operational centers and sites.
- Manage the implementation on the Project the Standard Project setup in accordance with the Client requirements.
- Roll out system enhancements and application changes in a controlled manner and implement a change management program. Ensure that changes which are implemented are logged, tested, and approved before rolling out.
- Compliance in accordance with Company policies & procedures, Policy of Integrity & Code of Conduct and HSE standards
Responsibilities:
Responsible for timely issue of AWP, WFP & Progress reports and develop the Project Performance Dashboard in integration with Project Control. Implementation of different 4D/5D systems of AWP in the organization. Establishes the procedure for the implementation of AWP and updates the procedure based on different lesson learned.
Establishes Work Breakdown Structure for implementing AWP on a project and then aligns with Planning, Engineering, Construction and Commissioning to channelize their work on the basis of the established work breakdown structure
Organizes Constructability review and establishes Path of Construction and then align Engineering and Procurement deliverables to the Path of Construction
Lead and manage a team of Engineers in Technical Developments of a specific or multiple applications and integration into Engineering and Non-Engineering systems. Responsible for delivering the Project Management vision and continual development and best practices. Responsible for all instances of applications on projects and providing overall technical responsibility across all projects which use those applications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in engineering.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to interface with Client, subcontractors and Vendor.
- Previous experience in leading a Multi-discipline Digitalization Team
- Good understanding of EPC project execution especially with Fabrication and Construction management
- At least 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas Projects with a Minimum of 6 years in Lead role on EPC projects for Digital Transformation initiatives
- Good understanding of various Engineering disciplines
- Good Management skills
- Able to manage and control project completions team and systems
- Ability to review contractual documents and identify project requirements, constraints and risks
- Ability to control execution cost and resources within budgeted cost
