Function/Role: Manage the delivery of BIM outcomes on two key projects
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
The candidate is to interface with subcontractors on each project ensuring the smooth integration of various models into a single DBB managed federated model.
To carry out regular clash detection meetings and feed back the results affected parties.
To establish baseline expectations to be expected by adopting the LOD 400 and 500 and monitor that BIM adoption is achieving set goals.
To monitor and manage the BIM coordinators who will be on project on a full time basis ensuring that the BIM coordinators are being used in an efficient and beneficial manner to deliver the desired engineering outcomes.
The BIM Manger will assess the progress and suggest improvements to the system to reduce friction and improve outcomes.
The Candidate will author and business unit specific BIP that seeks to achieve the goals identified through this process as being unique to our offering.
The Candidate is also to identify and develop relationships with BIM service providers in the industry thus developing an ecosystem in which BIM adoption is made easier.
The Candidate will also prepare an introductory course in BIM adoption in the built environment to be rolled out to sites.
Specific Requirements/Conditions: (long hours, nights, shifts, travel/mobility)
The candidate will be expected to travel sites, visit Clients, meet with vendors. Saturday work may be required from time to time.

Brief Description of Project:
1. D&C floating Pontoon with piled central structure supporting an admin building, full MEP, ID and Architecture included.
2. Construct only large scale concrete structure, MEP included
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
- Strong understanding of marine and infrastructure projects
- Experience in implementing BIM protocols and standards
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and codes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
