This critical role involves providing expert neonatal care to newborns within a public healthcare setting, ensuring access to quality medical services for the community.
As a Consultant Neonatologist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat infants with complex medical needs, particularly in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
Your work will support the health and survival of vulnerable newborns while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team committed to public health and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities: Provide specialized, compassionate care to critically ill and premature newborns in a government healthcare facility.
Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Conduct necessary neonatal procedures and interventions, adhering to established clinical guidelines.
Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize neonate outcomes.
