We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate Arabic Teacher with an IELTS score of 6.5 to join for our one of top high end school multiple campuses in Al Ain,UAE

This role is ideal for an experienced educator who is committed to delivering high-impact Arabic language instruction to diverse learners, with a focus on developing advanced communication, comprehension, and cultural understanding. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging and standards-aligned Arabic language curricula for diverse learner levels.
  • Implement differentiated instruction strategies to meet the varying needs of students, including advanced learners and those requiring additional support.
  • Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
  • Integrate technology and multimedia resources into lessons to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Foster a culturally responsive classroom environment that promotes respect, critical thinking, and effective communication in Arabic.
  • Collaborate with department heads and fellow educators to align teaching practices with institutional goals and national education standards.
  • Prepare students for Arabic language proficiency assessments and standardized exams, including IELTS and other international benchmarks.
  • Participate in professional development activities, curriculum reviews, and school-wide initiatives to support academic growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and instructional activities.
  • Act as a mentor and advisor to students, supporting their academic and personal development.

RequirementsRequirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of proven experience teaching Arabic at the secondary or higher education level.
  • IELTS score of 6.5 or higher in all sections (must be verifiable).
  • Strong command of Modern Standard Arabic and proficiency in spoken Arabic dialects relevant to the regional context.
  • Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, assessment design, and data-driven instruction.
  • Proficiency in using digital learning platforms (e.g., LMS, Google Classroom, interactive whiteboards).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Commitment to inclusive education and student-centered learning.
  • Valid teaching certification or license recognized by UAE education authorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
